Tempy for Temperance, maybe. Also a marriage for a Nazareth Allen to Nancy Peal, Jan 17 1833 in Laurens. A Nazra Allen diedin Laurens Cty before June 1836, when Benjamin Darsey applied for Letters of adm. on the estate of Nazra Allen. There is a Nazareth Allen on the 1840 Laurens Census with l male 10-15; l male 15-20; l male 40-50; l female 40-50. I wonder if this Nazarth Allen is connected to Polly Allen who married Cullen Peacock in Laurens in 1820. Cullen Peacock had a sister Edith that married Seth Darsey. Bernice
