Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/Zc.2ADI/112.319.976.1.1.1 Message Board Post: Howdy David: I remember Mrs Julie very well. I thought a lot of her and used to talk to her down at the Dexter Diner where she used to work. I knew she was kin, but couldn't remember just how. Sam Wynn's daddy Boney Wynn married Babe Mullis daughter of Aaron Mullis and Margaret Byrd Simpson. Aunt Babe and Margaret Lilian Mullis ( married Charlie N. Smith ) were sisters. But wasn't Mrs. Julie and Mr. Coot Davis's mama a Mullis also? I know Sam and Dick Wynn were cousins to my Grandaddy , but So was Coot Davis. In the 1870 census of Pulaski ( Dodge and Bleckley ) there's a widow Sarah Davis living next door to Aaron Mullis. Also staying with her and her children is my Great GranMa Margaret Lilian Mullis. I've always heard that Mr. Coot Davis and GranDaddy Ellis L. Smith were first cousins too. Thanks....Bobby
