I am looking for information on the children of Hardy B. GAY and Johnnie Anna HOBBS. These were my grandmother Anna Mabel GAY'S parents. Mabel's date of birth is 28 Nov 1906 in Dublin Georga. She married Walter Neil OATES d.b.30 Jan 1906 m: 21 Mar 1926 his date of death is 4 Aug 1974. These are my mother's parents mother is Miriam Gaynelle OATES d.b. 12 Jan 1927. She married Jacob L. Bateman 25 Dec 1946. Father was born 15 Feb 1926 in Pittsburgh Pa. He was in the Army-Air Corps when he and mother met. He was in pilot training when the War ended in 1945. So he did not become a pilot. Somewhere in the house is a photo of him setting in a T 38 trainer at Napier Field Headland. Alice Neil WELLS is the other child of Walter and Mabel's.
