I tried to find this cemetery this afternoon, but had only minimal success. I did find a grave site in the woods at Hadaway Road and Hillsboro Lake Road intersection. This area is probably less than 1 mile from the Jasper County line. I walked into the woods at two different directions and found a marble marker memorial that, I must believe, has been totally forgotten about - I had to beatt a path through briars to even get close enough to it to read the inscription on one side. The marble stone is about 4 feet high and is leaning a little. There was inscription on at least two sides but I could only get in a position to read one side. It read "Saphronia, wife of Jas. S. Glawson Born Aug. 17, 1847 Died Dec. 10, 1891" "Daughter" was written at the bottom of the side of the stone containing this inscription. There was writing on the opposite side of the marker but I could not get to a position where I could read it because of the heavy briars. (I wasn't equipped with a machete - that's what I would have needed, nor was I dressed in heavy protective clothing to allow me to try). The only word that I could make out on the opposite side of the marker was one word at the bottom - "Mother". Dvaid Clinard Gray, GA
