As for my family research: KING, SPEAR, SMITH John Thomas King, born 1852/1853 Jones Co,GA Census show him as son of John (middle initial varies V, B, or W) KING (who appears may be the son of Morning KING...listed on 1860 Twiggs Co and 1850 Jones Co census) John Thomas King married Mary Ann SPEAR....Sept 27, 1871 by G.W. Mann J.P. pg 52 of The History of Jones County, Georgia. John and Mary are listed on the 1880 Jones Co census in Roberts 304 District: KING, John T WM 27 Farmer GA-GA-GA , Mary WF 26 Wife GA-GA-GA , William T WM 6 Son GA , Ula B WF 3 Daughter GA , Thomas D WM 1 Son GA , Charles M WM 23 Brother/Single GA Daughter Ula listed above is actually Eula Belle KING. She married Charles "Charlie" Lee Smith of Lee County, GA and had their first son before 1900. I haven't located them on the 1900 census anywhere yet. Anyone researching these names?
