TWIGGSVILLE The Twiggsville settlement was located in the southern part of the county along the old federal road connecting Jeffersonville and Hartford (Pulaski county). A post office was established for the settlement in June, 1853 and, except for short periods of time on four occasions, lasted for about forty years.
