Wayne, Did she give you any indication that she would send it back to print if there were enough orders? I bought the book in 1998 and it was copyrighted 1992. I believe that it was first published in 1956 and again in 1992. If she can generate enough orders, maybe she would be willing to do this. Sure can't hurt to ask! The book is a treasure. When I first started researching in Jones County, it was my guiding light. After exhausting the information there, I began using the Latter Day Saint's Family History Center here. Most of the records of Jones County were photographed and are on microfilm. This microfilm can be ordered from Salt Lake for rental. The cost is $3.50 and it will stay at the center for six weeks for your personal viewing. You can't beat it. I wish that I had the time for look-ups, but I am far too busy with all of the family that I am researching. However, I have just started posting the deeds for my family (lots of names) at http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Ga/JonesDeed. Each day I plan to post a few until I have all the Jones County Deeds for my family - Broach, Martin, Lundy, Smith, Newsom, Sockwell, and others. Jeanie Smith Zadach Savannah, Georgia
