GA Census? "Fill" attended school during the census year. The "Michell couple" are elderly, white, childless. "Fill's parents are not living at the residence. In 1910 and 1920, Phillip Mitchell is living at that same location in Hammocks with wife and children (all of color); and he owns the farm property. I am interested in the Phillip Mitchell family and Tom & Martha Mi(t)chell who appear to be raising Phillip in 1900. Any background regarding slavery and owners in Hammocks District, Jones County would be much appreciated. Diane
