I know that Ruth was the daughter of Nelson Pulliam, who died in Upson County in 1849. I do not know who Wiley's parents were. Wily was living in Talbot County in 1830 and by 1834 he was living in Barbour County, Alabama. Does anyone know who his parents may have been.
