My Henry Avant was born 1802 in North Carolina and married Rhoda Malissa Chapman. They had children Rhoda Melissa (born 5-2-1858), Louisa Jane, Almetra Matilda, Sara Frances, Henry Jr., William, Joseph, Mary Ann, Alvis and Almanda. This is all I know about my Henry and cant seem to match him with anyone, no parents or siblings. I am descendant from Rhoda Melissa of 1858 and have this generation documented from Henry Sr. If this is your line and need any other informtion, be glad to give you all I got on the many branches.
