I am looking for the marriage of Margaret Snellgrove to a Sledge (I do not know first name). The marriage should have taken place around 1820-1835. Margaret was the daughter of William Snellgrove who is listed on the 1830 Bibb County census. I can find Margaret Snellgrove Sledge on the 1850 Houston County census listed as a widow with four children and her father William Snellgrove living with her. If anyone can help with this search for which Sledge she married I would appreciate it. Her daughter Nancy Ann Sledge b. 4-25-1838 was my GG Grandmother. Also Margaret Snellgrove Sledge sister Elizabeth Snellgrove was suppose to have married a Turner in Bibb County, if there is anyone connected to this family on this list I would like to hear from you.
