For some reason, William DANIEL (ABT 1767-1833), just disappears from the JC Tax Digests for a few years after 1800 but he comes back, afterwards. I assume he had moved back across the county line to his home county, Emanuel County, and his records for these years are carried in Emanuel County, GA. However, his foot prints are still in the JC Tax Digests, as well as many of his close and known collaterals. 1804 Capt.
