Cato, Charlie L., race White, born 1928, PVT, Army, 2nd Inf. Div., killed in action in North Korea Aug. 27, 1951. Gay, Billy E., race White, born 1930, CPL, Army 7th Inf. Div., killed in action in South Korea Feb. 12, 1951. Hammett, Warren Rod, race White, born Nov. 5, 1928, HN, Navy, USN Fleet, killed in action Oct. 1, 1950. Ray, James, race Black, born 1929, PVT, Army, 1st Cav. Div., killed in action in North Korea Nov. 7, 1951. Tally, Matthew, race Black, born 1933, PFC, Army, 1st Cav. Div., killed in action in North Korea May 20, 1951. A memorial for the Korean War will be dedicated in Augusta, Ga., on Nov. 6, 2004. The above men will be honored by it.
