I am looking for Thomas PENNINGTON who was born about 1803 in Jefferson County, he married Margarette B. THOMPSON who was born Abt. 1804 in Jefferson County. I have found that her father was Shadwick THOMPSON who was born in Jefferson County (I think) and she married Thomas on January 30, 1823 in Jefferson County. The children of Thomas and Margarette were Augustus b. 1828 married Catherine A. BLOODWORTH December 12, 1850 in Wilkinson County David b. 1829 married Nancy SHEPHERD (I think) on October 30, 1856 in Wilkinson County Thomas b. 1830 married Sarah E. UNDERWOOD on August 02, 1852 in Wilkinson County Julia b. 1832 married William W. BERRYHILL on June 19, 1851 in Jefferson County James b. 1836 I have no record of him being married. There might be a chance that a Thomas PENNINGTON who was in Burke County might be Thomas father, but there is no records that I can find yet.
