Hi, Tell me about those GREENS. I know that GREEN family from right across the border in Emanuel County, GA has to be from the same location my DANIEL bunch was from -- Dobbs and Greene County, NC but I cannot get a feel for them. I know the Hinchley WARREN, Sr. (1727-1803) and Rachel ANDERSON family of Northampton County, NC and later Montgomery County, GA has something to do with these GREENS because one of their girls married a GREEN. However, the GREEN family I have always looked at, closely, is that of Col. Joseph GREEN (1744-1803) and Sarah WHITFIELD of Wayne County, NC because a lot of their family was all over what I feel are DANIEL collaterals. Regardless, my GGF. Robert W. DANIEL (1809-1865) of Bethany, Jefferson County, GA married Rachel Rebecca GREEN (1824-1851) BEF 1845 and she was the mother of at least two of his children -- Mary Green DANIEL born 1848 and James R. DANIEL born 1849/1850. Rachel died ABT 1851 and Robert married my GGM, Mary Jane RENEAU (1830-1912), the following year (1852) in Jefferson County. John R.
