    3. Jean, No, I do not but I do know that William PARKER was living in Bulloch County, GA when he drew land in the 1805 GA Land Lottery. I like his son Thomas's (1823-1893) connection to the PALMER girl. This PALMER was a d/o David PALMER and Martha Caroline COLLINS of Richmond or Burke County, GA. These COLLINS and PALMERS were all around a lot of my close bunch -- not exactly close, except for possibly the COLLINS connection, but they were around my DANIEL bunch in Burke and Jefferson County, GA.
