He was married to Jane Echols in 1796 in Wilkes co Ga but her parents might have been from a county near Wilkes co Ga. I don't know. I am trying to find who Jane Echols parents were and also I am trying to find when and where and how Solomon Ray died. I think it was in Jasper co Ga. in 1813. Thanks, Ross
