Rowland, of Covington, was married to Miss Alice V. Shy, of Jasper county, by Rev. A. W. Rowland, on Dec. 1st. How a lady so "Shy" could make up her mind to "roll on" through the torid waters of matrimony is a question worthy the study of a philosopher.
