Hello everyone...There is apparently a passage from a book entitled "History of Jackson County" by J. Randall Stanley, published under auspices of JCHSociety, pg 241, that mentions a partial listing of JC merchants making crop loans in 1880. There is mention of Richard Lewis & Co. of Haywoods Landing. I am in search of the roots of my great-grandfather Richard Lewis who married Minnie Bell Cochran. Can someone please tell me where Haywoods Landing was?
