I am the county coordinator of Forsyth County and just wanted to let you all know I am here to help you if you need info on an ancestor that migrated to Forsyth County. I have several resources and some historians working with me, and I will be happy to do look-ups for you. The Jackson County family I am researching is SCOGGIN, and any spelling thereof. In particular, I am trying to find Drury S. Scoggin, who states in his pension records that he was born 1830 in Jackson County Georgia. Also looking for Frances Octavia Scoggins b: ca 1850. Other names I am researching are: GUNTER, TESSENEER, CRUSE, SAMS, and BROWNLOW. I would appreciate any help on the Scoggin family. Brenda
