I'm looking for any information on Ephraim and Mary Beauchamp Walker and Abraham and Rhoda Beauchamp Walker. Ephraim and Mary married abt 1795 and Abraham and Rhoda in 1799. Both Ephraim and Abraham were in Hancock Co in 1794 and 1796 (tax lists). They came to Jackson Co before 1799. Along with them were John Beauchamp and Wm Beauchamp (Wm father of Rhoda). They were in Greene Co in 1789 and in Hancock Co in 1794 - 1796 and then in Jackson in 1809 (again tax lists). It is unknown now the two different Walker and Beauchamps are related. I don't think Ephraim and Abraham were related but somehow the Beauchamps are. the 2 Walkers later went to IL (before 1810), were in Livingston Co KY in 1810 and then back to Clinton Co IL in 1815. I would really like to know if there is more info on these families while in Jackson Co. John and Wm Beauchamp remained in Jackson Co.
