    3. Yes, her husband was Francis C. Prater. I'm not sure how he connects with my Prather/Prater line. She was the dau. of Joseph A. Kenney & Martha Letcher Neisler (Martha connects with my Mitchells). I'm sorry I don't have additional info on him. I do have an address for a man who is working on the Vol. III of the Prathers that I could send you if you want. He's pretty much the authority.
