You can send your request to: Probate Court 85 Washington Street Jefferson, Ga. 30549 706-367-6366 Right now the they are pretty busy getting ready for the election next week, so if you are requesting information on records there I would wait until the end of July or beginning of August when things have settled down. The probate judge is one of the seats that is up for re-election this year. Right now Margaret Deadwyler is the Probate Judge, she has done a wonderful job!! We are hoping she will get re-elected. I know where the six votes in this house is going!!
