I am seeking info on my gg grandmother, Martha Frances Wiggins who was born about 1825 and was raised by Joseph Wiggins in Waynesville, Wayne(now Brnatley Co.), GA. Joseph was born about 1789 in Effingham Co, GA and was supposed to be the son of Frederick. I am trying to find out who Joseph's brother were in order to try to determine who Martha's parents were.
