My main concern is the correct idenity of John ? Roberts. John Roberts was married to two women. The first was (we only think was Rebecca Mixon) the second we know for a fact was married to Fereby Whitley. Together they had only one child, Rebecca Estelle Roberts (Sirmans) my grandmother. Everything we come across for both wives show him as either / or John E, John G or John J. I live in Jax. Fl. and I went up to the Irwin Co court house to the probate court, but was not able to get anything because the Judge would not let me look at the records at all. Without being able to do this I can get NO REAL PROOF. Thanks again for your info though . Shirley
