Sallie Cherry was the daughter of Spencer Cherry. Her daughter, Mabel Clara Hill (Mrs. Oliver Cromwell Hancock) was my grandmother. Mrs C. K. Watson (Aunt Sallie V. , as she was called,) still has a son living in Warner Robins. He is my 1st cousin once removed. He showed me where Spencer and Nancy Cherry are buried and Sallie Cherry is also buried there, but her grave is unmarked. I have not done much research on this part of the family lately, and do not have much information about Spencer. Do have some information about his descendants.
