According to my mother, there is a Buster Stripling buried in the Leverett family cemetery in Houston County. The grave is unmarked, not even a slab. He was suppose to have been visiting Mary Thomas Hammock Leverett when he died. The Hammocks, Striplings and Emmerson/Emersons all intermarried in Jones and Houston County. Sure would like to identify this person and mark the grave with something besides occassional flowers. Helen
