Helen, I went to Ancestry.Com and did the Georiga Marriage Licenses for Wiley Leverett. I was surprised when Laura came up as Ursula's name, now I know why. I couldn't find a listing for Wiley and Mary or for his first wife. I've also gone through listings for Dekalb County and other Counties in Georgia for his Birth Certificate and so far no luck.
