The William Mills sections have lots of information on what to search, including what the LDS Family History Centers have on microfilm. There is information on Washington Memorial Library in nearby Macon, Ga and the courthouse in Perry. You can also search the archives for names and information on things such as the 'salt lists' on the archives. Also check the Central Georgia Genealogical Society Web page for information and if you will be in town on a first Thursday of the month you can join in a meeting.
