Sandra, there is a set of books in the Washington Library in Macon with all of the Georgia men who served during the Civil War listed. And there is another set with all of the Confederate Soldiers listed. And another one with all of the Union Soldiers listed. If you can't find Isaiah in Houston Co. records you might try the library.
