Services will be 11A.M., Wednesday, October 29, 2003 at Cross Point Baptist Church with burial in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Rev. Conrad Pirkle and Rev. Jeremy Morton will officiate. -Born in Houston County, Mrs. Holt was the oldest member of Tharpe Memorial Baptist Church, now Cross Point Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Maurice "Bill" Holt, her parents, W.W. and Mattie O'Neal Howard, sisters, Ruby Davidson and Mattie Howard and brother J.W. Howard. -Survivors include children: Shirley and Robert Watts of Jacksonville, FL and Jane and Frank Brown of Byron; brothers: Francis and Margaret Howard of Macon and Ed and Virginia Howard of Fort Valley; grandchildren: Elisa and Ted Mitchell of Jacksonville, FL, Bill and Coley Batchelor of Grayson and Colin Brown of Hampton, VA; great grandchildren: Teddy and Jacob Mitchell of Jacksonville, FL, Carley and Conner Batchelor of Grayson; several nieces and nephews. -The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 9:00P.M.
