Does anyone have any information on the following families: Archibald Gilliam SMITH born 1791 in SC, died after 1870 probably in the Jasper or Monroe County, GA area, married Sarah "Sally" Wilson TOLLESON born abt 1796 in SC, died after 1870 in Clay County, Alabama. Archibald Smith was the father of: Miles Jefferson SMITH born 1721 in Monroe/Morgan County, GA, married Parmelia Frances HAND in 1844 in Monroe County, GA. This couple lived and raised their family in Henry County, GA. They had the following children: 1. Mary SMITH b 1842 2. Frances SMITH b 1844 3. Sara SMITH b 1846 4. William Lawrence SMITH b 1-7-1848, married Eugenia Elizabeth MILAM 5. Frank SMITH b 1851 m Mattie (?) 6. Julia F. SMITH b 1856 7. Balsora SMITH b 1858 8. Martha A. SMITH b 1860 9. Harvey SMITH b 1863 10. Joseph A. SMITH b 1865 11. Lilley Ida SMITH b 1867 12. Georgia F. SMITH b 1869 If anyone knows ANYTHING about the memberso of this family I would be deeply grateful.
