I have the names of 10 kids of Littleton Daniel and Elizabeth Hinds born from 1802 to 1823. I do not show a David nor one married to a Mathis. I bet they are connected somehow but not sure via Littleton. Do you have any Mathis-Jean connection in your records? For years I have thought it was unlikely that Elizabeth Hinds was his first wife. He was 42 years old when he maried her at 15 in 1801. However I have been unable to find evidence of a first wife before elizebeth. If your David was born before 1800 he could have been the son of a different wife that I have suspected for years. Any thoughts on this? Jimmy Jean
