Thompson on January 23, 1911. Uncle Jim Thompson's wife had died in Erath County, TX in 1906 and he returned to Heard County, GA where he remarried this woman. Who was she? Was she part of the Jones family that migrated from Heard County to TX around the turn of the century? Could they have known each other in TX and both returned to Heard County ? It has been said that when Uncle Jim married her, she was a "widow woman with a daughter". What was her maiden name? Uncle Jim died in 1913. She died 16 December 1925. A big puzzle piece I need solved in my family lines. Any information appreciated.
