Wallace who is the head of a family consisting of himself, his wife R.L. Wallace and 5 minor children to wit: Mary Wallace, Annie Wallace, James Wallace, Susanah Wallace, Bulah Wallace. Claimed to be exempt from levy and sale for the use and benefit of his said wife and family under Section 2864 and 2866 of the Code of Georgia, as made out by his wife R.L. Wallace, he refusing and failing to file this his schedule. Provisions consisting of 50 bushels of corn now in hands of Rufus Hearn and advertised for sale. Household and kitchen furniture consisting of table, set of chairs, sufficient for use of family, beds and bedding and common bedsteads sufficient for family. Ordinary cooking utinsels and table crockery Wearing apparel of himself and family All being of less value than three hundred dollars and excempt from levy and sale under any process whatever, a portion of which having been levied on under a distress warrant. Personally appeared R.L. Wallace the applicant for exemption above set out who on oath says that the same is a true and correct Schedule of her husband's property which is claimed to be exempt to deponent and family under Section 2864 and 2866 of the Code which deponent prays may be recorded as provided by law.
