I know they lived in Jenkins county for sometime. But they moved to Miami in the late 1920's early 1930's where my Grandmother met a man named Bill Crenshaw who's family was from Heard County. Maybe there was a connection before hand???? If you know any of these names or they are connected please let me know. I am looking for information for the Augustus Verdre and Mary Elizabeth James (maiden name is James also) family. They had the following children: Ernest (Son), Orie, Frank, David Lee, Julia Nadine, Ila Eugina (Reba), and Wilbur. The two oldest boys went to Miami, FL in the 1920's and the other children followed after the parents died in the late 1920's or early 30's of Typhoid. If you have any information on this family, or there is a connection I would appreciate it if you would let me know. On my grandmother's side (Nadine James Crenshaw) all the brothers and sister are dead now and I do not know where any of their children are if they are still alive. Also my grandmother used to speak of someone named Little Sis, and Inie (spelling?) Thankyou, Dana
