Lot of empty blanks !! Don't you wish that everyone who was listed as "informant" on death certificates had to be the family genealogist and knew who was who ??!!?!? Never really had thought about it that much until my own family started calling me to check on names regarding writing the obits for deaths in the family but it sure does help to have all those itty-bitty details filled in, yes ? Now, for me to get very busy and prove that this J.R. Thompson was indeed my own James Robert "Jim" Thompson and this was a second marriage for him after he returned to Heard County from TX. I'm more than reasonably sure it was because one of his grandsons went by the name of "J.R." on the census reports. Sure do appreciate your scanning the death certificate and sending it via email attachment.
