It addresses the problem of not getting copies of the records I request from the Heard County Clerk. A copy of orginial letter that was returned to me with the 'note' written on it was enclosed. ( I have two more just like it on other record requests for Heard County). It will be interesting to see what, if anything comes of it. Thanks again for your help, Candace. TJ
