    3. David, This is definitely unfriendly, and furthermore, I'd like to see this corrected and have your name reinstated. If you'll send me the details of the messages and where you posted them, then I will follow up.... "Nobody Owns This"....is quite an unusual message..... so lets not just let it stand. While I can't solve the problem with the web browser, perhaps we can get the e-mail address back so others could contact you by e-mail. : "David W. Morgan" <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Message-ID: <[email protected]> Subject: Re: [GAHARRIS] Posting Board Tips Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; charset=US-ASCII It would be nice if it was that simple, but it is not, at least not for all of us. The new ancestry boards make it impossible for me to use them with my web browser. Plus my name has desappeared from everything I posted to the GenConnect boards. Where my name used to be, it now says "Nobody Owns This." To me, that seems very unfriendly. Virginia Crilley

I believe my e-mail address is listed. I can't tell on a text-only web browser, but I believe on graphics browsers, it shows nobody ownsthis with an e-mail address of [email protected] This is my mother's obituary. It is not in Harris county, but her Hollis and Satterwhite ancestors passed through here, and maybe the Barber family did too. http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec?htx=message&r=rw&p=localities.northam.usa.states.oklahoma.counties.cotton&m=193 Here is what it looks like, if you don't want to follow the URL. [message.gif] Sue Barber Morgan -- March 9, 1925 - July 7, 1986 Author: nobody ownsthis [p] Date: 28 Dec 1998 12:00 PM GMT Surnames: Morgan, Barber, Murphy, Monroe, Fyke, Rupert Classification: Obituary Post Reply | Mark Unread | Report Abuse [print.gif] Print Message Funeral services for Sue Morgan, 61, Temple were held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 9, from the First Baptist Church in Temple with Rev. Ruben Feind and Dr. Campbell Long officiating. Burial was in Temple Cemetery under direction of Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home. Mildred Sue (Barber) Morgan was born March 9, 1925 at Wellston, and died at her home in Temple on July 7, 1986. She grew up around Eric. She was married to H. Don Morgan on May 17, 1942, at Cheyene. To this union four children were born. Mrs. Morgan came to Temple from Nicoma Park, in 1962, and has made her home here since that time. She was among the graduates of the first LPN class at the Duncan Vo-Tech in 1977. She was employed at different times by the Parkview Manor Nursing Home in Walters and the Temple Manor Nursing Home. She has also been an Amway Distributor for several years. Sue was a member of the First Baptist Church in Temple, and a member and past-president of the Oklahoma Osteopathic Association Auxiliary. Survivors include her husband of the home. Two sons: David Morgan of Eric, Scott Morgan of Temple. Two Daughters: Donna Murphy of Houston, Texas, Susan Monroe of Oklahoma City; Her Mother: Mrs. Leta Jane Barber of Temple and two sisters: Leta Fyke of Amarillo, Texas and Margaret Rupert of Chico, Calif. Also four grandchildren. Barber Family That Barber Family link at the bottom still works, btw. I have already mentioned this to Betsy Mills, who is a Rootsweb/Ancestry employee, and nothing has been done to correct it. When you click on nobody ownsthis at the URL above, you will see all of the posts I made to the GenConnect boards over the years. David > > > > : "David W.
