Mrs. Barlow's book is excellent but not indexed. It is a large book and dense with lists of people. Without an Index it is a bear to use. So unless someone on the List corrects me, I believe that if you purchase her book you will also be wise to purchase a separate Index to it that some reseachers did much later. So that is two books and not one. Not in expensive I am sure.
