Ancestry.com has a free database for the next 9 days. It is Georgia Marriages from the last half of the 1800's. early 1900's. I don't think Meriwether Co. is listed but thereare several neighboring counties in the database. It is worth taking a look if you have GA ancestors. www.ancestry.com When you get to the opening page there should be something somewhere that says free databases.
