I am looking for information on Jasper Milner who was born in Harris County in 1840. He later moved to Union County, Arkansas. Does anyone know who his parents were or have any information about his family? I am also looking for the parents of Nancy Passmore who was born in Harris County in 1816 and later married Wiley Wynn.
