This file is actually a Microsoft Windows 95/98/Me utility that is used to restore long file names. There are many different versions of this email; one variation of the text can be found below. Command Software advises you to ignore any emails with messages that are similar to this text as a hoax. NOTE: The hoax email refers to the file "sulfnbk.exe" that can be found in your system directory. THIS VIRUS LIES DORMANT FOR 14 DAYS THEN KILL S YOUR HARD DRIVE. IT TAKES LESS THAN A MINUTE TO FIND OUT IF YOU HAVE IT AND THEN KILL IT-----SO DO IT RIGHT NOW! PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. 1) Go to the lower left corner of your computer screen and click on START. Then click on FIND or SEARCH. 2) In the "Search for File or Folders" type in sulfnbk.exe 3) Make sure you are searching "C" Drive 4) Hit search or Find button 5) If the file shows up (it's an ugly blachish icon that will have the name sulfnbk.exe. DO NOT OPEN IT! 6) RIGHT click on the file - go down to Delete and LEFT click on DELETE. 7) Click on Yes to send it to the Recycle Bin. 8) Now go to your desktop and RIGHT click the Recycle Bin icon. Empty the recycle Bin and then LEFT click Yes. IF YOU FIND IT WHEN YOU DO STEP 5 ABOVE, YOU WILL HAVE TO SEND THIS MESSAGE TO EVERYONE IN YOUR ADDRESS BOOK.
