Thank you all for the welcome. I am just starting my GA research on the LAWSONs. John and Nancy were in Harris Co. census in 1830. They had a large family. My great grandfather Pleasant F. LAWSON was born 1-1-1831. I always thought he was born in Wilkes County - until I found the census! I don't know if there are any records of births, etc. for that time period in Harris County. If anyone should know, I'd appreciate knowing. I will be watching and listening to you all - I need to learn about Harris County. Thanks again, Joyce [email protected]
