I am writing a Regimental History on the 17th Georgia Infantry. I would like to make people aware of the book in order to locate descendants of the soldiers and officers of this Regiment. It will also have information as to all of the battles the Regiment took part in, abstracted information from military records and pension records, a complete roster of each company, letters, photos and as much genalogical data as space permits.
