Jackie Hines; Re: "History of Harris County" Whe was the author? I wrote the author of one history,who told me that it was out of print. Found a copy at library which only mentioned Wade Beck , nothing of his father John Patterson B ( his father) or his grandfather James C Beck who moved from Talbot to Harris Co after 1860. Would your "history" have more on the Beck families? Any help appreciated Oscar Stelin Beck
