I James Myhand, of the County of Morgan and the state aforesaid, being weak in body but of perfect sound mind and memory do think proper to make this my last will and testment in the manner and form, as follows: To Wit: Item 1st - my will desire is that just debts be paid as soon as provision can be made for the same.
