I James Myhand, of the County of Morgan and the state aforesaid, being weak in body but of perfect sound mind and memory do think proper to make this my last will and testment in the manner and form, as follows: To Wit: Item 1st - my will desire is that just debts be paid as soon as provision can be made for the same. Item 2nd - I leave to my wife Rosannah one negroe girl called Sue, which negroe my wife Rosannah is to have during her natural life, and after my wife's death, I give her, the said negroe girl Sue and increase to my daughter Sally Dassey, late Sally Myhand, forever.
