    3. Hi, There were several White families in Harris Co. in the 19th century. Don't know if they wre all related. Two of my Snell ancestors married Whites. William White married Lucy Epsy Snell and they had ten children, John, Hudson, William, Edgar, Mattie, Carrie, Lucy A. (Exa) Lizzie Lee. and two more--don't have my names and dates handy. William's brother, James White married Frances Caroline Snell, and they had nine children: George P., John, Annie M., Otis, Florence, Bertha and a couple of others, Does any of this sound familiar? 1. RE: [GAHARRIS] Fw: Hundley family
    2. Derrick Chapman
    3. 1850 Census shows: Ambrose Hunley, 44, M, born VA Elizabeth Hunley, 38, F, born SC William A. Hunley, 19, M, born FL Susan M. Hunley, 15, F, born FL John H. Hunley, 14, M, born AL Annie E. Hunley, 12, F, born AL Caroline V. Hunley, 4, F, born GA This family apparently moved around a great deal for whatever reason: 1830-1835 in FL, 1836-1845 in AL, 1846-1850 in GA. If William A. is your Alonzo, this would place his birth around 1830 versus 1820 as you estimate. But a middle initial similarity doesn't make a firm identification.
