Thanks to the Harris Co. Cemetery records online I finally found the burial place of some of my Harris County ancestors. Can anyone give me any information about the Bethlehem Baptist Church? I would appreciate any history on the church. Also does anyone know of someone who will go to the cemeteries and take pictures. I live in Ohio and it will be quite a while before I will be able to get back to Georgia. I am looking for information on McCARTERs, STEVENS, HAMILTON, SWANSON and HENDRY from Harris County. I haven't gotten everything up on the Harris County GenWeb pages that you guys have sent me , but I have done a few things to the pages. First, there's a new "look" to the front page. A researcher named Floyd Truett contacted me about a couple of cemeteries. Does anybody know where a church or cemetery named Mountain Creek is? Floyd's great great grandfather is William Truett who married Susan Halmark and they are buried in this cemetary. I am searching for members of the Thomas Barham Sands family who resided in Harris Co. GA from its inception in 1826 until their deaths in the 1870's. Thomas was married to Winifred Smith and they had the following children. Talbot, Martha, Mary, Anderson, Charity, Charles, Elizabeth, John, James, and Warren. In the 1890's some of the family relocated to Chambers Co Al. Any help is appreciated. Rex

My grandfather, Clifford Jackson LOWE was born in Harris County Aug 9, 1882. He was the son of Jackson Phillip LOWE and Martha BICKLEY LOWE. He was one of 5 boys. If anyone has any information about his parents, I would love to have it. Thanks--Vicki Embrey
