    3. Hi Dan, Thanks for the info that you gave me about the origination of Hall Co. I believe you have totally cleared up the matter. (I feel that the amount of land given by Jackson & Franklin counties was probably a small percentage with respect to the amount from the Indian Lands.) My original query stated that I was interested in the John Martin family found in the 1820 census of Hall Co in the Oliver Miller District, Dist #615 ( I didn't include the Dist# in my original query). I looked at your maps at http://www.rootsweb.com/~gahall/hcmili.jpg but didn't see that number shown. I found the Martin family listing on the Hall Co site at http://www.rootsweb.com/~gahall/cenlook.htm (click way down to the Martins). Thanks again for straightening out the Hall Co originations, and can you locate Dist #615?
